How You Make Everyday Choices
What helps a choice become yours?
Think about the everyday choices you made over the past two weeks, the kind you could still change later. This exercise looks at four ways a choice can take shape: clear criteria, a useful conversation, a small trial, and a felt sense of fit. A higher score means you used that approach more, not that you make better decisions. It’s about how you choose, not about second-guessing, and it won’t box you into a fixed personality type. For adults 18 and over. Leave out medical, legal, financial, and safety decisions.
