Recognizing and Expressing Feelings
What happens between feeling something and putting it into words?
Think back over the everyday feelings of the past two weeks: at home, with friends, at school, or at work. Each score covers one part of putting a feeling into words, and a higher score means that part was hard for you more often. It doesn’t mean you feel things more intensely, or that your personality is set in stone. This is an original reflection exercise for adults 18 and over, not a diagnostic tool or a validated assessment. Whether you share anything, and how much, is up to you. Keeping a feeling to yourself isn’t a failure.
