Your Learning Rhythm
How do you organize the work of learning?
Think of something you studied, or a skill you practiced, over the past two weeks. This exercise looks at four habits: coming back to material, checking what you understand without a model, using feedback, and keeping sessions manageable. A higher score means you used that habit more often. It doesn’t mean you have more ability, and it’s no promise of what you’ll achieve. This is an original exercise for adults 18 and over, and it won’t sort you into a visual, auditory, or any other fixed learning style.
