Everyday Load & Recovery
Where could an ordinary day leave more room to recover?
Look back over the past two weeks: the load you carried, how you switched from one thing to the next, and the breaks in between, whether at school, at home, in your hobbies, or at work if you have a job. Focus on how you handled your activities, not on whether being around people gave you energy or wore you out. Each score looks at one step in resting and getting going again. The higher it is, the more friction you ran into there. This is an original exercise for adults 18 and over. It isn’t a validated assessment, and it doesn’t measure or diagnose burnout, illness, or sleep conditions. Answer based on the choices you actually have. Limited time or support isn’t a personal failure.
